Bulk Meat Purchase
Why buy bulk? If you love a ribeye, roast, or lamb chop than you know that our favorite cuts of meat tend to be the most expensive. When you buy bulk you are able to get everything for the same price per pound. Buying bulk isn’t for every one but it can be a solution for your family.
Beef
Our finished cattle live weights are about 900-1100lbs. All our beef is sold by hanging weight. Hanging weight averages about 581 - 720lbs. but varies by individual animal. Hanging weight and the final price are determined at processing.
Pricing Based on Hanging Weight*
· Quarters - $6.75 / pound (Estimated Hanging Weight 145-180 lbs.)
· Half Beef - $6.75/ pound (Estimated Hanging Weight 290-360 lbs.)
We require a deposit at the time of reservation. Deposits may be made in two installments if necessary but must be paid in full within 30 days of reservation or 7 days prior to processing. Whichever is first. Deposits are a down payment applied to the final cost of your finished beef.
· Deposit Required for Half and Quarter: $200
· Deposit Required for Whole: $500
Cuts are dependent on the quantity of beef purchased. We all wish that we could get most of our beef in our favorite steak, but it just is not possible. We will work with you to customize your cut list.
We sell our beef either by the half, front quarter, or hind quarter. If you choose to purchase a quarter, there is important information to consider. For quarter purchases the thickness of steak and roast size already chosen. Families will get to choose the amount of ground beef or the number of steaks per package.
Front Quarters: Typically, slightly smaller than the hind quarter, has both ribeye steak and brisket. If your family eats a lot of burger than this is the quarter for you.
Hind Quarters: This area of the animal gives you a lot of steaks except for ribeye.
All of our pork are raised on pasture or dirt lots. We have future expansion plans to move all to pasture but with all good things it takes time! All our pork is sold by hanging weight. Hanging weight averages about 220-270 lbs. but varies by individual animal. Hanging weight and the final price are determined at processing.
No antibiotics or growth hormones. No pesticides or chemicals are used on our farm either!

· Whole Pork - $5.00 / pound (Estimated Hanging Weight 220-270 lbs.)
· Half Pork - $5.00 / pound (Estimated Hanging Weight 110-135 lbs.)
We require a deposit at the time of reservation. Deposits are a down payment applied to the final cost of your finished pork and are nonrefundable.
· Whole Hog Deposit Required: $100
We will work with you to customize your cut list. Which means that we help your family get your pork processed the way you want it! If you eat a lot of ground pork than we can make that happen. If you prefer to get more steaks and chops than that can be done.
Final payment is due upon receipt of the meat. Delivery will be free within a 60 mile radius from our farm. If you are outside of that area other arrangements can be made. Shipping is unavailable at this time. Final payment is preferred by either check or cash. Any balance paid by credit card will have an additional 3% credit card fee applied.
